Are you a savvy media buyer with a passion for driving results through Facebook advertising?

We're opening a new department within our agency targeting real estate wholesalers and need to hire reliable and experienced superstar Facebook Ads Media Buyers on a full-time and part-time basis.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies that achieve their marketing goals and produce best results.
We are a trailblazing company dedicated to transforming how real estate wholesalers find and close off-market real estate deals using advanced AI technology. Our mission is to empower them with intelligent solutions that drive growth and efficiency. As we continue to expand our digital marketing efforts, we are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to manage and optimize our Facebook paid advertising campaigns as well as those of campaigns for all our clients as well.
We plan to scale it quite rapidly and so we will need help managing ad campaigns for all the clients we are going to acquire.
Create and Manage Our Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns that align with our business goals.
Create and Manage Our Clients’ Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns that align with our clients’ business goals.
Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and achieving desired outcomes.
Target Audience Research: Conduct thorough research to identify and target the most relevant audiences for our AI-driven solutions.
A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to identify the best-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting options.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Budget Management: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and AI teams to align ad strategies with overall business objectives.
Daily Reporting: Report daily about work done and any challenges or successes.
Minimum 1 year proven experience as a media buyer, specifically with Facebook paid advertising.
Deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and other relevant tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
Experience managing ads in the real estate wholesaler niche.
Excellent knowledge of ad targeting options, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
Ability to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
Knowledge of the client acquisition process from lead generation to sale.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in marketing is a plus.
Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PST)
Fluency in speaking the English language

The price point is not added yet because I want to keep an open mind and see what the majority asks for and I'm more leaning towards a monthly retainer rather than an hourly fee.
